11月20日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例231例（渝北区43例、南岸区27例、涪陵区20例、大渡口区20例、巴南区13例、九龙坡区12例、渝中区10例、北碚区10例、沙坪坝区9例、江北区8例、荣昌区8例、万州区6例、开州区6例、长寿区4例、綦江区4例、巫山县4例、合川区3例、彭水县3例、江津区2例、永川区2例、铜梁区2例、潼南区2例、梁平区2例、忠县2例、巫溪县2例、酉阳县2例、南川区1例、璧山区1例、武隆区1例、垫江县1例、云阳县1例），其中，135例在隔离管控人员中发现、13例在重点人员核酸检测中发现、13例在区域核酸检测中发现、14例在扩面核酸检测中发现、56例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例。

• 231 local confirmed cases (43 in Yubei District, 27 in Nan’an District, 20 in Fuling District, 20 in Dadukou District, 13 in Ba’nan District, 12 in Jiulongpo District, 10 in Yuzhong District, 10 in Beibei District, 9 in Shapingba District, 8 in Jiangbei District, 8 in Rongchang District, 6 in Wanzhou District, 6 in Kaizhou District, 4 in Changshou District, 4 in Qijiang District, 4 in Wushan County, 3 in Hechuan District, 3 in Pengshui County, 2 in Jiangjin District, 2 in Yongchuan District, 2 in Tongliang District, 2 in Tongnan District, 2 in Liangping District, 2 in Zhongxian County, 2 in Wuxi County, 2 in Youyang County, 1 in Nanchuan District, 1 in Bishan District, 1 in Wulong District, 1 in Dianjiang County, and 1 in Yunyang County), including 135 identified among people under quarantine, 13 identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid screening, 13 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening, 14 identified during nucleic acid screening of an expanded scope, and 56 identified as the confirmed case from the asymptomatic case.

11月20日0—24时，重庆市新增境外输入确诊病例9例（中国香港1例、意大利4例、老挝4例），新增境外输入无症状感染者3例（意大利1例、马来西亚1例、中国香港1例）；治愈出院境外输入确诊病例1例（意大利），解除境外输入无症状感染者医学观察1例（阿联酋）。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, November 20, Chongqing newly reported 9 confirmed cases from overseas (1 from Hong Kong SAR, 4 from Italy, and 4 from Laos), 3 asymptomatic cases from overseas (1 from Italy, 1 from Malaysia, and 1 from Hong Kong SAR), 1 confirmed case of patient from overseas cured and discharged from hospital (from Italy), and 1 asymptomatic case of patient from overseas released from medical observation (from the UAE).

As of 24:00, November 20, there remained 21 confirmed cases from overseas (10 from Italy, 4 from Spain, 2 from the UAE, 4 from Laos, and 1 from Hong Kong SAR) and 5 asymptomatic cases from overseas (1 from Spain, 1 from the UAE, 1 from Italy, 1 from Malaysia, and 1 from Hong Kong SAR) in Chongqing.
