11月26日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例194例（南岸区28例、九龙坡区20例、渝北区20例、渝中区13例、巴南区13例、黔江区11例、梁平区11例、合川区8例、开州区7例、万州区6例、云阳县6例、奉节县6例、永川区5例、垫江县5例、江北区4例、沙坪坝区4例、武隆区4例、北碚区3例、綦江区3例、万盛经开区3例、江津区2例、城口县2例、巫溪县2例、彭水县2例、大渡口区1例、璧山区1例、潼南区1例、荣昌区1例、石柱县1例、秀山县1例），其中，52例为此前的无症状感染者转为确诊病例，136例在隔离管控人员中发现、4例在重点人员核酸检测中发现、2例在扩面核酸检测中发现。

• 194 local confirmed cases (28 in Nan’an District, 20 in Jiulongpo District, 20 in Yubei District, 13 in Yuzhong District, 13 in Ba’nan District, 11 in Qianjiang District, 11 in Liangping District, 8 in Hechuan District, 7 in Kaizhou District, 6 in Wanzhou District, 6 in Yunyang County, 6 in Fengjie County, 5 in Yongchuan District, 5 in Dianjiang County, 4 in Jiangbei District, 4 in Shapingba District, 4 in Wulong District, 3 in Beibei District, 3 in Qijiang District, 3 in Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, 2 in Jiangjin District, 2 in Chengkou County, 2 in Wuxi County, 2 in Pengshui County, 1 in Dadukou District, 1 in Bishan District, 1 in Tongnan District, 1 in Rongchang District, 1 in Shizhu County, and 1 in Xiushan County), including 52 identified as confirmed cases from asymptomatic cases, 136 identified among people under quarantine, 4 identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid screening, and 2 identified during nucleic acid screening of an expanded scope.

One death case (in Yuzhong District) was reported in Chongqing. As of 24:00, November 26, there remained in Chongqing 2,343 local confirmed cases and 67,334 local asymptomatic cases. 

死亡病例：男，91岁，11月23日从渝中区转入市公卫中心。患者高龄，入院时已出现意识障碍、重症肺炎、脓毒性休克、多脏器功能衰竭，临床诊断为新冠病毒肺炎危重型。入院后患者心率、血压下降，持续心肺复苏仍未恢复自主心率，经抢救无效死亡。

The death case: A 91-year-old male patient was transferred to Chongqing Public Health Medical Center from Yuzhong District on November 23. The patient was admitted with disorders of consciousness, severe pneumonia, septic shock, and multi-organ failure and diagnosed as a confirmed case of COVID-19 in critical condition. After admission, the heart rate and blood pressure of the patient declined and continuous CPR failed to restore spontaneous heart beat. He passed away despite attempts at resuscitation.

11月26日0—24时，重庆市新增境外输入确诊病例5例，其中，西班牙3例（1例为此前的无症状感染者转为确诊病例）、泰国1例、老挝1例；新增境外输入无症状感染者2例（阿联酋1例、泰国1例）。治愈出院境外输入确诊病例5例（意大利3例、老挝1例、阿联酋1例），解除境外输入无症状感染者医学观察1例（阿联酋）。截至11月26日24时，重庆市现有境外输入确诊病例22例，现有境外输入无症状感染者8例。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, November 26, Chongqing newly reported 5 confirmed cases from overseas (3 from Spain with 1 identified as a confirmed case from an asymptomatic case, 1 from Thailand, and 1 from Laos), 2 asymptomatic cases from overseas (1 from the UAE and 1 from Thailand), 5 confirmed cases of patients from overseas cured and discharged from the hospital (3 from Italy, 1 from Laos, and 1 from the UAE), and 1 asymptomatic case of patient from overseas released from medical observation (from the UAE). As of 24:00, November 26, there remained 22 confirmed cases from overseas and 8 asymptomatic cases from overseas.
