11月4日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例39例，其中，沙坪坝区13例，6例在隔离管控人员中发现、4例在管控人员中发现、2例在区域核酸检测中发现、1例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例；大足区9例、铜梁区2例、綦江区1例，均在隔离管控人员中发现；江北区5例，1例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例在重点人员核酸检测中发现、3例在区域核酸检测中发现；九龙坡区5例，4例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例在区域核酸检测中发现；万州区2例，1例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例；渝中区1例，在重点人员核酸检测中发现；渝北区1例，在区域核酸检测中发现。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, November 4, the following were newly reported by Chongqing:

• 39 local confirmed cases (13 in Shapingba District, including 6 identified among people under quarantine, 4 identified among people in areas for disease control, 2 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening, and 1 identified as the confirmed case from the asymptomatic case; 9 in Dazu District, 2 in Tongliang District, and 1 in Qijiang District, all identified among people under quarantine; 5 in Jiangbei District, including 1 identified among people under quarantine, 1 identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid screening, and 3 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening; 5 in Jiulongpo District, including 4 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening; 2 in Wanzhou District, including 1 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified as the confirmed case from the asymptomatic case; 1 in Yuzhong District identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid screening; and 1 in Yubei District identified during area-based nucleic acid screening.)

• 41 local asymptomatic cases (8 in Shapingba District, including 4 identified among people under quarantine, 2 identified among people in areas for disease control, and 2 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening; 8 in Jiulongpo District, including 2 identified among people under quarantine and 6 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening; 7 in Dazu District, 2 in Beibei District, 2 in Jiangjin District, 2 in Tongliang District, 1 in Wanzhou District, 1 in Yongchuan District, and 1 in Dianjiang County, all identified among people under quarantine; 3 in Jiangbei District, including 2 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening; 2 in Yubei District, including 1 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified among people in areas for disease control; 2 in Bishan District, including 1 identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid screening and 1 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening; as well as 1 in Dadukou District and 1 in Nan’an District, both identified during area-based nucleic acid screening; 

治愈出院本土确诊病例6例（江津区3例、沙坪坝区1例、巴南区1例、永川区1例），解除本土无症状感染者医学观察12例（渝北区5例、江津区3例、永川区2例、江北区1例、巴南区1例）。

• 6 local confirmed cases of patients cured and discharged from hospital (3 in Jiangjin District, 1 in Shapingba District, 1 in Ba’nan District, and 1 in Yongchuan District);

• 12 local asymptomatic cases of patients released from medical observation (5 in Yubei District, 3 in Jiangjin District, 2 in Yongchuan District, 1 in Jiangbei District, and 1 in Ba’nan District). 

截至11月4日24时，重庆市现有本土确诊病例191例（永川区90例、沙坪坝区36例、大足区14例、九龙坡区10例、江津区9例、江北区7例、万州区6例、铜梁区6例、渝北区4例、渝中区2例、合川区2例、南岸区1例、巴南区1例、綦江区1例、璧山区1例、巫山县1例），现有本土无症状感染者197例（永川区87例、沙坪坝区25例、江津区17例、大足区17例、九龙坡区13例、渝北区11例、江北区8例、璧山区4例、铜梁区4例、万州区2例、南岸区2例、北碚区2例、渝中区1例、大渡口区1例、巴南区1例、南川区1例、垫江县1例）。

• 191 local confirmed cases (including 90 in Yongchuan District, 36 in Shapingba District, 14 in Dazu District, 10 Jiulongpo District, 9 in Jiangjin District, 7 in Jiangbei District, 6 in Wanzhou District, 6 in Tongliang District, 4 in Yubei District, 2 in Yuzhong District, 2 in Hechuan District, 1 in Nan’an District, 1 in Ba’nan District, 1 in Qijiang District, 1 in Bishan District, and 1 in Wushan County);

• 197 local asymptomatic cases (87 in Yongchuan District, 25 in Shapingba District, 17 in Jiangjin District, 17 in Dazu District, 13 in Jiulongpo District, 11 in Yubei District, 8 in Jiangbei District, 4 in Bishan District, 4 in Tongliang District, 2 in Wanzhou District, 2 in Nan’an District, 2 in Beibei District, 1 in Yuzhong District, 1 in Dadukou District, 1 in Ba’nan District, 1 in Nanchuan District, and 1 in Dianjiang County).

11月4日0—24时，重庆市新增境外输入确诊病例1例（韩国），无新增境外输入无症状感染者。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, November 4, Chongqing newly reported 1 confirmed case from overseas (from South Korea) and zero asymptomatic cases from overseas. 

截至11月4日24时，重庆市现有境外输入确诊病例7例（意大利3例、老挝2例、新加坡1例、韩国1例），现有境外输入无症状感染者8例（中国香港1例、西班牙3例、意大利2例、安哥拉1例、新加坡1例）。

As of 24:00, November 4, there remained 7 confirmed cases from overseas (3 from Italy, 2 from Laos, 1 from Singapore, and 1 from South Korea) and 8 asymptomatic cases from overseas (1 from Hong Kong SAR, 3 from Spain, 2 from Italy, 1 from Angola, and 1 from Singapore) in Chongqing.
