Briefing on COVID-19 Cases in Chongqing on November 3, 2022 

11月2日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例10例，其中，永川区3例，1例在隔离管控人员中发现、2例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例；江北区2例，1例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例在重点人员核酸检测中发现；沙坪坝区2例，1例在重点人员核酸检测中发现、1例在扩面核酸检测中发现；渝北区1例、巴南区1例、大足区1例，均在隔离管控人员中发现。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, November 2, the following were newly reported by Chongqing:

• 10 local confirmed cases, including 3 in Yongchuan District (1 identified among people under quarantine and 2 identified as confirmed cases from asymptomatic cases); 2 in Jiangbei District (1 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid screening); 2 in Shapingba District (1 identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid screening and 1 identified by nucleic acid testing of an expanded scope); as well as 1 in Yubei District, 1 in Ba’nan District, and 1 in Dazu District (all identified among people under quarantine);

新增本土无症状感染者7例，其中，沙坪坝区3例，均在扩面核酸检测中发现；江北区1例、渝北区1例，均在隔离管控人员中发现；九龙坡区1例、大足区1例，均在常态化核酸检测中发现。

• 7 local asymptomatic cases, including 3 in Shapingba District (all identified by nucleic acid testing of an expanded scope); 1 in Jiangbei District and 1 in Yubei District (both identified among people under quarantine); as well as 1 in Jiulongpo District and 1 in Dazu District (both identified among people during the routine nucleic acid screening);

治愈出院本土确诊病例5例（渝北区2例、巴南区2例、江北区1例），解除本土无症状感染者医学观察12例（江津区5例、渝北区3例、永川区3例、南岸区1例）。

• 5 local confirmed cases of patients cured and discharged from hospital (2 in Yubei District, 2 in Ba’nan District, and 1 in Jiangbei District);

• 12 local asymptomatic cases of patients released from medical observation (5 in Jiangjin District, 3 in Yubei District, 3 in Yongchuan District, and 1 in Nan’an District).

截至11月2日24时，重庆市现有本土确诊病例126例（永川区90例、江津区14例、沙坪坝区8例、巴南区5例、江北区3例、大足区2例、万州区1例、渝北区1例、合川区1例、巫山县1例），现有本土无症状感染者143例（永川区93例、江津区20例、渝北区12例、沙坪坝区5例、江北区2例、巴南区2例、大足区2例、璧山区2例、万州区1例、九龙坡区1例、南岸区1例、荣昌区1例、梁平区1例）。

As of 24:00, November 2, there remained in Chongqing:

• 126 local confirmed cases (90 in Yongchuan District, 14 in Jiangjin District, 8 in Shapingba District, 5 in Ba’nan District, 3 in Jiangbei District, 2 in Dazu District, 1 in Wanzhou District, 1 in Yubei District, 1 in Hechuan District, and 1 in Wushan County);

• 143 local asymptomatic cases (93 in Yongchuan District, 20 in Jiangjin District, 12 in Yubei District, 5 in Shapingba District, 2 in Jiangbei District, 2 in Ba’nan District, 2 in Dazu District, 2 in Bishan District, 1 in Wanzhou District, 1 in Jiulongpo District, 1 in Nan’an District, 1 in Rongchang District, and 1 in Liangping District). 

11月2日0—24时，重庆市无新增境外输入确诊病例和无症状感染者；解除境外输入无症状感染者医学观察1例（意大利）。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, November 2, Chongqing newly reported zero confirmed cases from overseas, zero asymptomatic cases from overseas, and 1 asymptomatic case of patient from overseas (from Italy) released from medical observation.

截至11月2日24时，重庆市现有境外输入确诊病例3例（意大利），现有境外输入无症状感染者7例（中国香港1例、西班牙2例、意大利2例、安哥拉1例、新加坡1例）。

As of 24:00, November 2, there remained 3 confirmed cases from overseas (from Italy) and 7 asymptomatic cases from overseas (1 from Hong Kong SAR, 2 from Spain, 2 from Italy, 1 from Angola, and 1 from Singapore) in Chongqing.
