Briefing on COVID-19 Cases in Chongqing on November 1, 2022 

10月31日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例7例（永川区），4例在隔离管控人员中发现、3例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, October 31, the following were newly reported by Chongqing:

• 7 local confirmed cases in Yongchuan District (4 identified among people under quarantine and 3 identified as confirmed cases from asymptomatic cases); 

新增本土无症状感染者6例（永川区），均在隔离管控人员中发现。

• 6 local asymptomatic cases in Yongchuan District (all identified among people under quarantine). 

治愈出院本土确诊病例4例（沙坪坝区2例、南岸区1例、合川区1例），解除本土无症状感染者医学观察10例（江津区6例、合川区1例、永川区1例、荣昌区1例、彭水县1例）。

• 4 local confirmed cases of patients cured and discharged from hospital (2 in Shapingba District, 1 in Nan’an District, and 1 in Hechuan District);

• 10 local asymptomatic cases of patients released from medical observation (6 in Jiangjin District, 1 in Hechuan District, 1 in Yongchuan District, 1 in Rongchang District, and 1 in Pengshui County). 

截至10月31日24时，重庆市现有本土确诊病例115例（永川区83例、江津区14例、巴南区7例、沙坪坝区3例、渝北区3例、江北区2例、万州区1例、合川区1例、巫山县1例），现有本土无症状感染者164例（永川区104例、江津区32例、渝北区15例、南岸区2例、巴南区2例、大足区2例、璧山区2例、万州区1例、江北区1例、荣昌区1例、梁平区1例、彭水县1例）。

As of 24:00, October 31, there remained in Chongqing:

• 115 local confirmed cases (83 in Yongchuan District, 14 in Jiangjin District, 7 in Ba’nan District, 3 in Shapingba District, 3 in Yubei District, 2 in Jiangbei District, 1 in Wanzhou District, 1 in Hechuan District, and 1 in Wushan County);

• 164 local asymptomatic cases (104 in Yongchuan District, 32 in Jiangjin District, 15 in Yubei District, 2 in Nan’an District, 2 in Ba’nan District, 2 in Dazu District, 2 in Bishan District, 1 in Wanzhou District, 1 in Jiangbei District, 1 in Rongchang District, 1 in Liangping District, and 1 in Pengshui County). 

10月31日0—24时，重庆市新增境外输入确诊病例3例（意大利），无新增境外输入无症状感染者；治愈出院境外输入确诊病例1例（西班牙），解除境外输入无症状感染者医学观察1例（中国香港）。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, October 31, Chongqing newly reported 3 confirmed cases from overseas (from Italy), zero asymptomatic cases from overseas, 1 confirmed case of patient from overseas cured and discharged from hospital (from Spain), and 1 asymptomatic case of patient from overseas released from medical observation (from Hong Kong SAR). 

截至10月31日24时，重庆市现有境外输入确诊病例3例（意大利），现有境外输入无症状感染者7例（中国香港1例、西班牙2例、意大利3例、安哥拉1例）。

As of 24:00, October 31, there remained 3 confirmed cases from overseas (from Italy) and 7 asymptomatic cases from overseas (1 from Hong Kong SAR, 2 from Spain, 3 from Italy, and 1 from Angola) in Chongqing.
