10月12日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例13例，其中，巴南区4例、南岸区2例、江北区1例、九龙坡区1例、永川区1例、潼南区1例，均在隔离管控人员中发现；渝中区1例，在区域核酸检测中发现；垫江县1例、奉节县1例，均由无症状感染者转为确诊病例。新增本土无症状感染者17例，其中，渝北区8例，7例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例在重点人员核酸检测中发现；永川区8例，5例在隔离管控人员中发现、3例在区域核酸检测中发现；沙坪坝区1例，在隔离管控人员中发现。治愈出院本土确诊病例3例（涪陵区1例、沙坪坝区1例、璧山区1例），解除本土无症状感染者医学观察1例（南岸区）。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, October 12, the following were newly reported by Chongqing:

• 13 local confirmed cases, including 4 in Ba’nan District, 2 in Nan’an District, 1 in Jiangbei District, 1 in Jiulongpo District, 1 in Yongchuan District, and 1 in Tongnan District (all identified among people under quarantine); 1 in Yuzhong District (identified during area-based nucleic acid screening); 1 in Dianjiang County and 1 in Fengjie County (identified as the confirmed cases from asymptomatic cases);

• 17 local asymptomatic cases, including 8 in Yubei District (7 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid screening); 8 in Yongchuan District (5 identified among people under quarantine and 3 identified during area-based nucleic acid screening); 1 in Shapingba District (identified among people under quarantine);

• 3 local confirmed cases of patients cured and discharged from hospital (1 in Fuling District, 1 in Shapingba District, and 1 in Bishan District)

• 1 local asymptomatic case of patient released from medical observation (in Nan’an District).

Between 00:00 and 24:00, October 12, Chongqing newly reported 3 confirmed cases from overseas (from Singapore), 3 asymptomatic cases from overseas (2 from Singapore and 1 from Italy), 2 confirmed cases of patients from overseas cured and discharged from hospital (from Singapore), and 1 asymptomatic case of patient from overseas released from medical observation (from Singapore).
