9月27日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例1例（北碚区），在隔离管控人员中发现；无新增本土无症状感染者。治愈出院本土确诊病例1例（九龙坡区）。
Between 00:00 and 24:00, September 27, the following were newly reported by Chongqing:
· 1 local confirmed case in Beibei District (identified among people under quarantine);
· zero local asymptomatic cases;
· 1 local confirmed case of patient cured and discharged from hospital (in Jiulongpo District).
截至9月27日24时，重庆市现有本土确诊病例11例（九龙坡区2例、潼南区3例、荣昌区1例、长寿区1例、北碚区2例、大渡口区1例、江津区1例），现有本土无症状感染者12例（潼南区4例、沙坪坝区1例、长寿区3例、大渡口区2例、丰都县1例、垫江县1例）。
As of 24:00, September 27, there remained in Chongqing:
· 11 local confirmed cases (2 in Jiulongpo District, 3 in Tongnan District, 1 in Rongchang District, 1 in Changshou District, 2 in Beibei District, 1 in Dadukou District, and 1 in Jiangjin District);
· 12 local asymptomatic cases (4 in Tongnan District, 1 in Shapingba District, 3 in Changshou District, 2 in Dadukou District, 1 in Fengdu County, and 1 in Dianjiang County).
9月27日0—24时，重庆市新增境外输入确诊病例2例（新加坡），新增境外输入无症状感染者1例（新加坡）；治愈出院境外输入确诊病例2例（中国香港）。
Between 00:00 and 24:00, September 27, Chongqing newly reported 2 confirmed cases from overseas (from Singapore) and 1 asymptomatic case from overseas (from Singapore); 2 confirmed cases of patients from overseas (from Hong Kong SAR) cured and discharged from hospital.
截至9月27日24时，重庆市现有境外输入确诊病例6例（中国香港1例、意大利1例、西班牙1例、新加坡3例），现有境外输入无症状感染者3例（意大利1例、中国香港1例、新加坡1例）。
