9月13日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例1例（渝中区），由无症状感染者转为确诊病例；无新增本土无症状感染者。治愈出院本土确诊病例7例（沙坪坝区1例、九龙坡区2例、北碚区1例、渝中区3例），解除本土无症状感染者医学观察5例（长寿区1例、渝中区4例）。
Between 00:00 and 24:00, September 13, the following were newly reported by Chongqing:
· 1 local confirmed case (in Yuzhong District) identified as the confirmed case from an asymptomatic case;
· zero local asymptomatic cases;
· 7 local confirmed cases of patients cured and discharged from hospital (1 in Shapingba District, 2 in Jiulongpo District, 1 in Beibei District, and 3 in Yuzhong District);
· 5 local asymptomatic cases of patients released from medical observation (1 in Changshou District and 4 in Yuzhong District).
截至9月13日24时，重庆市现有本土确诊病例13例（沙坪坝区1例、九龙坡区1例、巴南区1例、长寿区1例、渝中区7例、潼南区1例、铜梁区1例），现有本土无症状感染者4例（九龙坡区1例、南岸区2例、潼南区1例）。
As of 24:00, September 13, there remained in Chongqing:
· 13 local confirmed cases (1 in Shapingba District, 1 in Jiulongpo District, 1 in Ba’nan District, 1 in Changshou District, 7 in Yuzhong District, 1 in Tongnan District, and 1 in Tongliang District);
· 4 local asymptomatic cases (1 in Jiulongpo District, 2 in Nan’an District, and 1 in Tongnan District).
