8月31日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例8例，其中，北碚区1例，在隔离管控人员中发现；九龙坡区1例，在重点人员核酸检测中发现；南岸区2例，1例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例；渝中区4例，3例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例在管控人员中发现。新增本土无症状感染者8例，其中，北碚区3例、长寿区1例、彭水县1例，均在隔离管控人员中发现；渝中区3例，2例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例在管控人员中发现。治愈出院本土确诊病例12例（沙坪坝区10例、九龙坡区2例）；解除本土无症状感染者医学观察8例（沙坪坝区4例、九龙坡区1例、渝北区1例、巴南区1例、长寿区1例）。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, August 31st, the following were newly reported by Chongqing:

· 8 local confirmed cases, including 1 in Beibei District (identified among people under quarantine), 1 in Jiulongpo District (identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid test screening), 2 in Nan’an District (1 identified among people under quarantine, and 1 identified as the confirmed case from asymptomatic case), and 4 in Yuzhong District (3 identified among people under quarantine, and 1 among people in areas for disease control);

· 8 local asymptomatic cases, including 3 in Beibei District, 1 in Changshou District, and 1 in Pengshui County (all identified among people under quarantine); and 3 in Yuzhong District (2 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified among people in areas for disease control);

· 12 local confirmed cases of patients cured and discharged from hospital (10 in Shapingba District, and 2 in Jiulongpo District);

· 8 local asymptomatic cases of patients released from medical observation (4 in Shapingba District, 1 in Jiulongpo District, 1 in Yubei District, 1 in Ba’nan District and 1 in Changshou District).

· 128 local confirmed cases (62 in Shapingba District, 16 in Jiulongpo District, 5 in Bishan District, 5 in Kaizhou District, 10 in Ba’nan District, 3 in Nan’an District, 4 in Changshou District, 13 in Beibei District, 1 in Zhongxian County, and 9 in Yuzhong District);

· 127 local asymptomatic cases (53 in Shapingba District, 12 in Jiulongpo District, 16 in Nan’an District, 9 in Beibei District, 3 in Ba’nan District, 10 in Changshou District, 12 in Yuzhong District, 3 in Dadukou District, 3 in Bishan District, 1 in Dianjiang County, and 5 in Pengshui County).

8月31日0—24时，重庆市无新增境外输入确诊病例，新增境外输入无症状感染者1例（中国香港）。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, August 31st, Chongqing newly reported zero confirmed cases from overseas and 1 asymptomatic case of patient from overseas (from Hong Kong SAR).

截至8月31日24时，重庆市现有境外输入确诊病例3例（新加坡2例、西班牙1例），现有境外输入无症状感染者6例（老挝2例、俄罗斯1例、西班牙1例、中国香港2例）。

As of 24:00, August 31st, there remained 3 confirmed cases from overseas (2 from Singapore and 1 from Spain) and 6 asymptomatic cases from overseas (2 from Laos, 1 from Russia, 1 from Spain, and 2 from Hong Kong SAR) in Chongqing.
