8月31日，重庆疾控调整四川省成都市来渝返渝人员健康管理措施。具体如下

On August 31, Chongqing CDC adjusted health management measures for arrivals in Chongqing from Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

当前，成都市疫情处于快速上升期，疫情社区传播和扩散风险很高，经专家研判，调整成都市来渝返渝人员健康管理措施如下：

Chengdu is now experiencing a rapid spread of the virus, and the risks of community transmission and spread are very high. Based on experts’ assessments, the health management measures for arrivals in Chongqing from Chengdu are updated as follows:

一、7日内有成都市高风险区旅居史的来渝返渝人员实施“7天集中隔离”医学观察。其中，8月30日后抵渝的，隔离时间以抵渝之日起计；8月30日前抵渝的，隔离时间以离开高风险区之日起计。隔离期间第1、2、3、5、7天各开展一次核酸检测，核酸检测均为阴性解除隔离。

I. Arrivals in Chongqing with a travel or residence history in high-risk areas of Chengdu over the past 7 days shall undergo a “7-day quarantine at designated facilities” for medical observation after arrival. Among them:

· Arrivals in Chongqing on or after August 30 shall have their quarantine period starting from the date of arrival in Chongqing;

· Arrivals in Chongqing before August 30 shall have their quarantine period starting from the date of departure from high-risk areas.

One nucleic acid test each on day 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 is required. Arrivals will be released from quarantine upon all negative results.

二、7日内有成都市中风险区旅居史的来渝返渝人员，8月30日后抵渝的，实施“7天集中隔离”医学观察，隔离时间以抵渝之日起计，隔离期间第1、2、3、5、7天各开展一次核酸检测，核酸检测均为阴性解除隔离；8月30日前抵渝的，实行“7天居家隔离”医学观察，隔离时间以离开中风险区之日起计。没有居家隔离条件的实行集中隔离，第1、4、7天各做1次核酸检测。

II. Arrivals in Chongqing with a travel or residence history in medium-risk areas of Chengdu over the past 7 days shall follow the requirements:

· Arrivals in Chongqing on or after August 30 shall undergo a “7-day quarantine at designated facilities” for medical observation, with the quarantine period starting from the date of arrival in Chongqing. One nucleic acid test each on day 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 is required. Arrivals will be released from quarantine upon all negative results;

· Arrivals in Chongqing before August 30 shall undergo a “7-day home quarantine” for medical observation, with the quarantine period starting from the date of departure from medium-risk areas, or quarantine at designated facilities if conditions for home quarantine cannot be met, and take one nucleic acid test each on day 1, 4, and 7 after arrival.

三、7日内有成都市除高、中风险区外其他地区旅居史的来渝返渝人员，8月30日后抵渝的，实施“3天居家隔离”医学观察，隔离时间以抵渝之日起计，期间实行“3天2检”，如不具备居家隔离医学观察条件，采取集中隔离；8月30日前抵渝的，实行“3天2检”（2次采样间隔至少24小时，2次检测结果出来前居家，下同）。

III. Arrivals in Chongqing with a travel or residence history in areas other than medium and high-risk areas of Chengdu over the past 7 days shall follow the requirements:

· Arrivals in Chongqing on or after August 30 shall undergo a “3-day home quarantine” for medical observation, with the quarantine period starting from the date of arrival in Chongqing, and take 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days. Quarantine at designated facilities is needed if conditions for home quarantine and medical observation cannot be met;

· Arrivals in Chongqing before August 30 shall take 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days. (The minimum interval of sampling shall be at least 24 hours. Leaving the residence should be avoided before obtaining the two negative results, the same below.)

四、离开成都市超过7天，但抵渝不足7天的来渝返渝人员，实行“3天2检”；离开成都市且抵渝超过7天的来渝返渝人员，开展1次核酸检测，检测结果出来前居家。确需外出需报社区同意后，做好个人防护，不参加聚会、聚餐，不乘坐公共交通工具，不前往密闭公共场所。

IV. Arrivals in Chongqing who have left Chengdu for over 7 days but have not been in Chongqing for 7 days shall take 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arrival; Arrivals in Chongqing who have left Chengdu and have been in Chongqing for over 7 days shall take 1 nucleic acid test. Leaving the residence should be avoided before obtaining the negative result. Approval from community and proper self-protection measures are required if leaving the residence is necessary. Avoid dining together or gatherings. Avoid taking public transportation or visiting enclosed public places.

五、解除隔离前最后一次采样要对日对时（即满隔离时间后），严禁提前采样。

V. The last sampling shall be taken after the end (hour-wise) of the quarantine period. Any early sampling is strictly prohibited.

六、市民近期非必要不前往成都市以及四川省有其他疫情的重点地区。

VI. Citizens are not recommended to visit Chengdu or other key epidemic areas in Sichuan Province these days unless necessary.

七、以上措施自8月30日起实施。

近日，深圳市报告多例本土新冠肺炎感染者，疫情形势严峻复杂。为精准科学做好疫情防控工作，经专家研判，即日起调整深圳市来渝返渝人员健康管理措施如下：

Recently, multiple local confirmed cases have been reported in Shenzhen with serious and complicated circumstances. Based on experts’ assessments and to take targeted and science-based COVID-19 prevention and control measures, from now, the health management measures for arrivals in Chongqing from Shenzhen are updated as follows:

一、近7日内有深圳市高、中风险区旅居史的来渝返渝人员，抵渝后实施“7天集中隔离”医学观察。隔离期间第1、2、3、5、7天各开展一次核酸检测，核酸检测均为阴性解除隔离。

I. Arrivals in Chongqing with a travel or residence history in medium or high-risk areas of Shenzhen over the past 7 days shall undergo a “7-day quarantine at designated facilities” for medical observation upon arrival, and take one nucleic acid test each on day 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 during the quarantine. Arrivals will be released from quarantine upon all negative results.

二、近7日内有深圳市除高、中风险区外其他地区旅居史的来渝返渝人员，实行3天居家隔离医学观察，隔离期间第1、2、3天各开展一次核酸检测。如不具备居家隔离医学观察条件，采取集中隔离。

II. Arrivals in Chongqing with a travel or residence history in areas other than medium and high-risk areas of Shenzhen over the past 7 days shall undergo a 3-day home quarantine for medical observation and take one nucleic acid test each on day 1, 2, and 3 during the quarantine. Quarantine at designated facilities is needed if conditions for home quarantine and medical observation cannot be met.

三、离开深圳市超过7天且没有高、中风险地区旅居史的来渝返渝人员，抵渝后实行“3天2检”。2次采样间隔至少24小时，2次核酸检测结果出来前居家，确需外出需报社区同意后，做好个人防护，不参加聚会、聚餐，不乘坐公共交通工具，不前往密闭公共场所。

III. Arrivals in Chongqing who have left Shenzhen for over 7 days without a travel or residence history in medium or high-risk areas shall take 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days.
