8月27日0—24时，重庆市新增本土确诊病例12例，其中，开州区1例、南岸区1例、长寿区1例，均在隔离管控人员中发现；渝中区1例，由无症状感染者转为确诊病例；北碚区2例，1例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例在管控人员中发现；璧山区2例，1例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例；沙坪坝区4例，2例在隔离管控人员中发现、1例在管控人员中发现、1例由无症状感染者转为确诊病例。新增本土无症状感染者7例，其中，沙坪坝区1例、垫江县1例，均在隔离管控人员中发现；九龙坡区3例、长寿区1例，均在管控人员中发现；彭水县1例，在重点人员核酸检测中发现。治愈出院本土确诊病例4例（沙坪坝区2例、九龙坡区1例、江津区1例）；解除本土无症状感染者医学观察2例（九龙坡区1例、南岸区1例）。

Between 00:00 and 24:00, August 27th, the following were newly reported by Chongqing:

· 12 local confirmed cases, including 1 in Kaizhou District, 1 in Nan’an District, and 1 in Changshou District (all identified among people under quarantine); 1 in Yuzhong District (identified as the confirmed case from asymptomatic case); 2 in Beibei District (1 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified among people in areas for disease control); 2 in Bishan District (1 identified among people under quarantine and 1 identified as the confirmed case from asymptomatic case); and 4 in Shapingba District (2 identified among people under quarantine, 1 identified among people in areas for disease control, and 1 identified as the confirmed case from asymptomatic case);

· 7 local asymptomatic cases, including 1 in Shapingba District and 1 in Dianjiang County (both identified among people under quarantine); 3 in Jiulongpo District and 1 in Changshou District (all identified among people in areas for disease control); and 1 in Pengshui County (identified among people from domestic key areas during nucleic acid test screening);

· 4 local confirmed cases of patients cured and discharged from hospital (2 in Shapingba District, 1 in Jiulongpo District, and 1 in Jiangjin District);

· 2 local asymptomatic cases of patients released from medical observation (1 in Jiulongpo District and 1 in Nan’an District).

· 114 local asymptomatic cases (68 in Shapingba District, 13 in Jiulongpo District, 3 in Nan’an District, 2 in Yubei District, 6 in Beibei District, 4 in Ba’nan District, 10 in Changshou District, 1 in Yuzhong District, 3 in Dadukou District, 2 in Bishan District, 1 in Dianjiang County, and 1 in Pengshui County).

Between 00:00 and 24:00, August 27th, Chongqing newly reported 1 confirmed case (from Spain) from overseas and 1 asymptomatic case (from Hong Kong SAR) from overseas.
