重庆启动18岁以下在渝外籍人士新冠疫苗预约接种
大中小Chongqing to Include Foreign Nationals Aged Under 18 in the City into COVID-19 Vaccination Program
自2021年9月18日起，我市将启动12-17岁在渝外籍人士新冠疫苗预约接种工作，本市使用的是国产新冠病毒灭活疫苗。
Starting from 18 September 2021, Chongqing will include foreign nationals from 12 to 17 years of age in the city into the program of getting domestically-developed inactivated COVID-19 vaccines.
一、接种人群
本市根据“知情，自愿，自费、风险自担”原则，将在渝外籍人士中的适龄人群（12<年龄≤17岁）纳入国产疫苗接种人群范围。已参加我社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，享受与其他参保中国公民同等待遇。未参保的外籍人士，自费接种疫苗，费用为100元/剂（视疫苗种类不同打1—2剂）。
I. Eligibility
·Foreign nationals of appropriate ages (12<age≤17) in Chongqing who is well-informed, voluntary, and willing to be inoculated at their own costs and bear corresponding risks
·Those who have been covered by China’s medical insurance are entitled to the same treatment as that to the insured Chinese citizens. Those who have not been insured should bear the cost of RMB100 per dose on their own. (A total of 1-2 doses may be required subject to different vaccines.)

The designated vaccination window is located on the second floor of Building 6 of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (No. 1 Youyi Road, Yuzhong District).

三、接种流程
1．携带中华人民共和国永久居留身份证，或者护照及有效停居留证件，享受免费接种政策的需携带社会保障卡，做好个人防护，在预约指定时间前往指定医院外籍人士接种专窗。
2．在接种前，按程序由监护人及本人共同签署知情同意书、免责承诺书等，并主动告知健康状况。医院问询接种者健康状况并判断是否适合接种疫苗。以上条件达到后进行接种。
3．接种后接受30分钟医学观察方可离开。
4．接种后14天内如有不良反应，请拨打相关医院涉外疫苗接种服务电话。
5. 疫苗接种完成后发放疫苗接种凭证。
III. Vaccination Process
1.Please bring your permanent residence ID card of the People’s Republic of China or passport with a valid residence permit; for those who are eligible to receive the vaccination free of charge, please also bring your social security card. Please ensure proper personal protection and go to the designated vaccination window at the designated hospital at the appointed time.
2. Before inoculation, the vaccine recipient and his/her guardian need to sign an informed consent form and a disclaimer and advise the health conditions truthfully to the on-site medical professionals. The hospital will ask about the health status of the vaccination recipient and determine whether they are suitable for vaccination. Vaccination will then be carried out after the above conditions are met.
3.After vaccination, please remain at the hospital for a 30-minute medical observation before leaving.
4.If any adverse reactions appear within 14 days after vaccination, please call the foreign-related vaccination service hotline of the relevant hospitals.
5.After vaccination is completed, a vaccination certificate will be issued.
注：18岁以下在渝学习并已参加我社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，亦可选择参加所在学校统一安排接种事宜。
Note: Foreign nationals aged under 18 who are attending schools in Chongqing and covered by China’s medical insurance can participate in the vaccination program of their schools.
